Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 30 grams of almond flour
- 40 grams of oats
- 60 ml low-fat milk / almond drink
- 60 grams of low-fat yellow cheese
- 2 tablespoons pizza / tomato sauce

Preparation Method
- Mix all the ingredients (except the pizza sauce and cheese) in a blender / food processor, until a uniform dough texture is obtained.
- Spray / spread oil on a pan, and light the flame over medium heat.
